The simple magic of hands.
A single light
in a darkened room,
and fingers pattern themselves;
conjuring rabbits
or other animals and birds
out of thin air --
and shadows.
A wall. Silhouettes.
And the exotic marionette
of everyday gestures
by candlelight.
