Phrase: Give (someone) head Meaning: "Give (someone) head" means performing fellation on a male. It can also imply performing cunnilingus on a female, but this is less usual. In other words, it refers to oral sex. Another word to refer to this is "blow job".
Examples:
When I arrived home earlier than usual, I found my wife giving my neighbour head.
She gave me head when I told her that I wanted to marry her.
I love oral sex, but my wife refuses to give head.
